WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We take great pride in providing our shoppers with the best shopping experience. It is our desire for you to be completely satisfied with your order.
RETURNS: We will gladly issue a store credit refund for the value of any merchandise that you do not love. You have up to 30 days after your merchandise has been delivered to make the return.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
If you have received an order in which the quality is less than satisfactory please email us immediately.
SIGN OF WASH/WEAR: Merchandise returned with signs of wash/wear will not be eligible for return credit.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
At this time we do not offer gift cards unless it is store credit.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
At Primrose Boutique we strive to give you the best online shopping experience. We will ship your items within 3 business days of your order. If we are experiencing longer wait times that usual it will be otherwise stated in our website notifications.

We LOVE to have representatives of our brand. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know a little about you and why you would like to be a social media brand ambassador! If we have an opening we will send you a code for a FREE item and discount code to showcase on your social media!
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
